The end-user experience is top of mind for us as we release new features and functionality. As such, most end users find a popup video with sound automatically playing intrusive and unappealing. Since this feature could actually hurt our customers' brand image, we do not support videos with sound playing by default. We believe the end user should always decide when they want to hear sound from the videos they watch. Also, most browsers will pause a video playing with sound if there hasn’t been any interaction from the user.
