If you don't see the video you uploaded in Step #1 of the campaign creation process, don't panic! 😱 Try these simple steps:
Make sure your file is less than 300 MB in size. You can always decrease the size of the video using a free online resizing tool such as Kapwig or another video compression tool of your choice.
Try converting the video to another supported file format and re-uploading it. For example, if your MOV isn't working in Vidjet, use Kapwig or another online conversion tool to convert it to an MP4 and try uploading it again.
